Meet the Comedians

Ellen Karis
Known as the “Greek Goddess of Comedy,” Ellen has her own Dry Bar Comedy Special, hosts the Sweet and Salty with Ellen Karis podcast, and has appeared on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. She’s also the author of Special People: Godparents in the Orthodox Christian Faith and is developing a one-woman show inspired by her Cypriot great-grandmother.

Mike Capozzola
A London-based American comic, Mike has performed across the U.S. and in more than 25 countries. His acting credits include Billions and Men in Black: International. Critics have called him “brilliant with a dry sense of humor” and “charming with a quick wit.” Richard Lewis once described him as “Hilarious… twisted!”

Heikal Mohamed
Originally from Singapore, Heikal brings sharp, observational humor rooted in his immigrant perspective. He’s performed across New York City and at top festivals, including the New York Comedy Festival, Los Angeles Comedy Festival, and the World Series of Comedy.

Alex Kollar
With roots in Queens, Alex has won the Rhino Comedy competition and was runner-up in the Empire State Comedy competition at Levity Live. A regular at Comic Strip Live, his sharp wit and relatable storytelling always win over the crowd.

Ben Rosenfeld
Ben’s comedy is described as “playfully dark, seriously smart.” His work combines family immigrant stories with sharp political and philosophical insights. Ben has been featured on FOX’s Laughs, BuzzFeedVideo, Travel Channel, CBS, Nat Geo, NPR, and TimeOut New York’s Joke of the Week. With five comedy albums, two illustrated humor books, and a quarter-million TikTok followers, Ben brings both experience and a loyal fan base.

Comedian Bios

“Goubma Johnny” Sialiano is a former New York Jets and New York Giants football player turned comedian, actor and radio host. Goumba Johnny has appeared on various television shows such as The Weakest Link, The Montel Williams Show, Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, The Joy Behar Show, The CBS Early Show, The Ricki Lake show, The Queen Latifah Show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, Deadly Sins, Person of Interest, Guiding Light, As The World Turns and in a Super Bowl commercial for NFL Network.

Carmen Lagala has appeared on The Late Show with Stephene Colbert, Don’t Tell Comedy and her debut hour special hit over 100,000 views in just two months. She masterfully blends silly and confessional humor with an approach that makes you feel like you’re pulling an all-nighter with a best friend. Carmen’s journey from a shy Vermont collegiate hall-of-fame athlete to a well-known New York City stand-up comedian is nothing short of inspiring.

After performing throughout the country for around 15 years, Carmen has developed a fearless approach to comedy. She tackles everything from current events to personal experiences, leaving no topic off limits as Carmen brilliantly turns her vulnerabilities into laugh-out-loud material.

Ben Rosenfeld’s comedy is “playfully dark, seriously smart.” Ben’s comedy blends his family’s experience as Russian Jewish immigrants in America with his philosophical beliefs, political observations and unique characters. Ben has been seen on BuzzFeedVideo and is slightly “TikTok famous” with over a quarter-million followers and 11 million likes. He’s also appeared on FOX’s Laughs, Travel Channel’s Mysteries At The Museum, CBS This Morning, Nat Geo’s Brain Games, Netflix’s Brainchild, NPR’s Weekend Edition, FOX News Saturday Night, SiriusXM Radio, The New York Post and been featured as TimeOut New York’s Joke of the Week.
